ARP Auto Racing Cylinder Head Stud For Coyotes
Lock your top end down like a pro. ARP’s Pro Series head stud kit for the 2011+ 5.0L Coyote uses premium ARP2000® material—rated at a nominal 220,000 psi tensile strength—to deliver repeatable clamping force that outclasses OEM bolts, especially under boost, high RPM, and heat.
Why it hits
-
Serious strength: ARP2000® studs hold a nominal 220k psi for rock-solid head sealing on NA, boost, or nitrous builds.
-
Built the right way: Studs are centerless ground, heat-treated before thread rolling, then precision machined for ideal thread geometry and fatigue resistance.
-
Consistent clamp: Studs minimize block thread wear and improve gasket loading vs. torque-to-yield bolts—great for engines that come apart more than once.
-
Complete kit: Includes 12-point chromoly nuts & hardened washers plus ARP Ultra-Torque assembly lube for proper preload.
-
Track-proven reliability: Designed to exceed OEM fasteners in strength and durability.

Install notes (read first)
-
Clean block and head threads; chase threads if required.
-
Lightly hand-seat studs into the block—do not drive them in with tools.
-
Use ARP Ultra-Torque on threads/under-head surfaces per ARP instructions for accurate preload.
-
Follow ARP’s torque values and sequence for your specific gasket, head material, and lube—do not guess.
-
Re-check torque after initial heat cycle if your build and gasket manufacturer recommend it.
Builder’s checklist
-
Verify head gasket type and thickness, and that your heads/block match the stud kit part number.
-
If you’re running boost/nitrous, pair with MLS gaskets and a proper surface finish on heads/block.
-
Keep packaging and document assembly—photos help with tech support.
