Bilstein Leveling Kit For F-150 - 47-310995

The Bilstein 6112 is the clean, direct-fit way to level your F-150 and upgrade ride control. Massive 60 mm monotube shocks with digressive pistons and vehicle-specific coils deliver real damping and better wheel control on- and off-road. Multiple snap-ring grooves let you set ride height from stock up to ~2.75" (application-dependent).

Why it hits

  • Big-body control: 60 mm bodies = more oil volume, better cooling, longer life.

  • Monotube design: Consistent, fade-free damping in heat, cold, and repeated hits.

  • Digressive piston: Plush over chatter, firm support in the turns and whoops.

  • Height adjustable: Set preload via snap-rings for 0–2.75" of front lift*.

  • Matched coils: Cold-wound, linear-rate springs engineered for your truck.

  • Made in the USA with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

*Most F-150 applications level happily in the ~1.75–2.5" range. Exact max lift varies by model/trim.

Install overview (high-level)

  1. Support LCA, remove sway link/line brackets as needed; pull OE strut.

  2. Assemble 6112 with supplied spring & set snap-ring height per the chart.

  3. Reinstall, torque all hardware at ride height; repeat other side.

  4. Mount wheels, road-test, then align (camber/caster/toe).

  5. Re-torque after the first heat cycle/100–300 miles.

Builder’s checklist

  • Measure your actual rake before choosing perch height.

  • If pairing with 33s, confirm wheel offset/BS for UCA & liner clearance.

  • For balanced feel, add quality rear shocks (5100/5160 or equivalent).
